Your Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our loyal customers and our expert technicians. Your mission is to communicate vehicle maintenance and repair needs confidently and professionally, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers promptly and warmly
* Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately
* Report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
* Recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
* Prepare complete and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts
* Establish follow-up times and keep customers updated
* Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
* Verify that the final invoice matches the work performed
* Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role is a plus, but we will train the right person
* Knowledge of automobiles
* Excellent time management skills
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Professional, well-groomed appearance
* High volume mentality
* CSI focused
* Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control is a plus
* Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
