You will manage resources, schedules, and equipment to ensure our engineers are where they need to be, at the right time, with everything they need to succeed.
Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue generation of our business, helping our teams deliver exceptional service to clients and partners alike.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage service requests and PS work
2. Optimise calendars to maximise team utilisation
3. Ensure the right engineers are in the right place, at the right time
4. Manage resources and schedules to ensure smooth operations
5. Support business success by driving revenue maximisation
