Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Greater Swansea Area. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell our advertising opportunities over the telephone
* Close new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound activities
* Exceed sales targets and KPIs set by our Sales Director
* Manage your own diary and appointments; and keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
* Stay updated with industry developments and the competitive landscape
* Communicate effectively with the team on a daily basis
* Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
* Market Research and Analysis skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the data or lead generation industry is a plus
* 2-5 years B2B telesales experience
* Driven, self-motivated, passionate, energetic, and proactive attitude
