The Salvation Army is one of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations who provides specialist support to protect and care for all adult survivors of modern slavery in England and Wales through a government contract which was first awarded in. A new and extended contract came into force in January through which survivors of modern slavery are now entitled to support at all stages of their recovery.
We are looking for a highly motivated, meticulous and flexible Contract Administrator to support the delivery of the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the contract and the support services provided to vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as first point of contact for all Contract Management Team enquiries, ensuring effective signposting to relevant teams or leads.
2. Provide administrative support across different workstreams, assisting in reporting and contract delivery outcomes.
3. Maintain accurate records of subcontractor placements and service provider contracts.
4. Schedule, co-ordinate and support the administration of meetings and events, including minute-taking and document distribution.
5. Process incoming Provider and Client information, ensuring all data and documents are complete and up to date.
6. Accurately input and collate data for internal and external reports.
7. Assist with audit and performance management and the delivery of key process within the team.
8. Uphold data protection standards and ensure all records are maintained securely.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

10. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
11. Confidence in handling enquiries and providing high-quality customer service.
12. Exceptional written and communication skills.
13. Experience in data entry, report production, and working with large volumes of data.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
15. Strong administrative skills, including meeting co-ordination and minute-taking.
16. A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
17. A proactive, can-do attitude with a drive to perform at a high standard.
18. Qualifications to Level 3
19. Proven work experience in a similar environment
What would be beneficial:
20. Experience in the charity, voluntary, or community sector
21. A qualification in business administrations.
22. Advance Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
23. Experience in database administration.
