Kenna Recruitment has a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate to join a major housebuilder at their Development between Chichester and Westbourne.
Overview:
Using your negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales whilst ensuring the effective, efficient and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via our on-site IT systems. You will have previous experience in luxury branded sales in housebuilding, along with experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Meeting customers, guiding them through the specification of the property and assisting them through the purchasing and handover process.
* You will be responsible for the excellent presentation of the development at all times along with providing excellent customer service throughout the buying process.
* Carry out market research and collate reports for the sales management team as well as contributing to team discussions with ideas to ensure that all sales targets are met.
* Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales.
* Ensuring the sales suite is presentable.
* Manage sales database and ensure it is kept up to date.
* Meeting and greeting customers on site.
* Taking customers' details and qualifying their requirements.
* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries.
* Stock unit maintenance.
Awareness of the industry in general is advantageous as you will be expected to keep your knowledge of key factors up to date.
About You:
* The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential, as are excellent listening skills, adapting your communication style to suit individuals and different media.
* You will also have experience of Microsoft Office packages and be confident and capable in utilising IT systems, as effective management of the onsite database is key to the role.
* Previous new homes sales experience is required and a passion, enthusiasm, and a demonstrated flair for selling is necessary.
* Weekend working and flexibility is a requirement, as is a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, are highly motivated and target-driven.

* Salary between 30,000 - 34,000 OTE 55,000.
