Working autonomously to research, update and ensure accuracy of data and information in a range of computer systems. Interpreting the information for the preparation of compliant case files whilst prioritising and managing a workload, ensuring that timelines are followed, and cases are updated and completed / redacted documents are submitted as required. Working collaboratively with the Officer-In-Case (OIC), to meet the quality assurance and compliance (NFS/Directors Guidance) of PIP Level 2 (except RASSO), all Public Protection case files, identifying performance issues, and along with other file types that have been reviewed by the ERO Team, successfully managing their timely navigation through the Criminal Justice process. To provide a point of contact for regular liaison between internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the accurate completion and submission of case files, using specialist knowledge of legislation and national guidelines.
