Job purpose To quality check all operative completion paperwork, upload onto the client portal and invoice the jobs based on engineer reports
Duties and responsibilities
* Assist with invoicing of jobs, ensuring accuracy
* Cost the engineers calls in line with the submitted paperwork
* Check invoices where required
* Quality check the submitted engineer reports and ensure the work complete is compliant
* Upload check paperwork on client portals and update the status of the job as appropriate
* Become a super user for CASH, our CRM system
* Assist with any other admin duties and tasks that may be required.

Skills and Personal Attributes
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Experience of quality checking
* Knowledge of CRMS
* Problem Solver
* Using all Microsoft office packages to an 'experienced' user level.
