PR Account Manager OR Senior Account Manager - Tech PR New PR Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role for a Bristol based agency. Working mainly in the public sector tech team but there’s also opportunity to work across the other divisions of the company such as healthcare and internal comms, whose clients are some of the biggest names in the world. There is also training available and a great path for career progression. It's a great opportunity to be part of an exciting tight knit team on a regional level but also have more opportunities available to you longer term, as part of a leading global agency. Working mostly on a remote basis, though you will need to attend the Bristol office once a week, so should live within a reasonable commute. You’ll have an interest, and previous experience, in tech PR. Tech experience is essential, together with an interest in the government agenda to demonstrate how clients are providing innovative solutions to drive improved citizen experiences and patient outcomes. This role requires a proactive, organised, detail orientated individual with great writing skills and a flair for media relations. About you: A background in tech PR, 3 years’ experience Proven track record of successful PR campaigns Strong writing and media relations skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Any public sector comms experience would be useful Key duties: Manage multiple client accounts and successful delivery of campaign KPIs Monitoring media agenda and industry trends to provide recommendations to clients Creation of narrative and content including press releases, media pitches, rapid responses, opinion pieces, social articles/posts, and awards submissions Building media relationships, hosting media briefings and securing high quality articles with key targets for clients Monitoring media coverage and measurement of PR campaign effectiveness, providing clients with regular updates and reports Supporting new business initiatives including identifying prospects, contributing to proposals and pitches Supporting the marketing function including writing blog content and promoting on social channels Benefits: Health and dental packages Headspace and EAP Personal travel insurance Remote work options Collaborative and supportive work environment 28 days holidays bank holidays Once a month you’ll attend the London HQ with the wider team, which the company will pay for.
