Job Duties:
* Assist in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Support the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Provide individualised support to children
* Assist with classroom and behaviour management, following the behaviour policy
* Contribute to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support children's development
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* GCSEs in Maths and English
* Enhanced Childcare DBS check on the update service
* Previous experience in a similar role, working with EYFS children
Knowledge and Skills needed:
* Understanding of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of social, emotional and mental health
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience and empathy when working with young children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
