Role Purpose CBRE are searching for a new Affiliate Sales Negotiator to join our office in East London. The CBRE Residential Sales department has seen some tremendous success over the years, and our goal is to become the first point of call in the East London region. We have been partnering with affiliate negotiators for over one year, and this model has proven very successful. This opportunity should be of interest to experienced Sales negotiators, who are looking for more flexibility and control over their time and earnings, or who feel that they have hit a ceiling in their current role, and who are not looking to move into a managerial role. Key Responsibilities Negotiating the sale of CBREs residential properties in the area Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers through proactive outreach Performing viewings on our open-book register Guiding buyers through the sales process from initial interest to completion Person Specification/ Requirements A minimum of 3 years of proven residential sales experience. Knowledge of the East London area would be advantageous. Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with people at all levels of seniority. Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously. A strong negotiator with a sales orientated approach and good customer service levels.
