This is mission critical for TSB’s objective for growth and customer satisfaction through our digital channels. How you’ll make a difference • The ID&V Manager will play a critical role as TSB embark on growth over the medium term commercial plan. In driving new-to-bank customer growth, it is critical to ensure this happens safely for customers and TSB, in particular, protecting against the risk of impersonation fraud and financial crime. • Supporting the Head of Digital, the ID&V Manager will be accountable for ensuring the ID&V solutions used by the bank are fit for purpose and meet regulatory and policy requirements. TSB have 4 ID&V solutions, deployed over 30 sales and service journeys in branch, via video banking and digitally. A key focus for this role will be to: o Be TSB’s 1st Line expert of ID&V management across the Bank. o Own ID&V Governance across the bank, work across functions, with journey owners to ensure ID&V controls/ processes are working effectively to reduce fraud risks. o Modernise ID&V solutions across all of our digital journeys, to support sustainable growth, protecting customers and ensuring adherence to regulatory and TSB policy requirements. o Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in identity verification and fraud prevention. o Develop KPIs and provide critical analysis on performance data and actionable insights relating to ID&V fraud/ fin crime prevention. o Supplier Management including supplier performance, contract renewal, monthly supplier reviews, quarterly reviews. o Ongoing risk management activity across ID&V solutions / journey’s including configuration reviews, controls and customer experience for digital sales journey’s, audit/ 2nd Line oversight/ regulator reviews. What you’ll bring • Proven experience in identity verification, fraud prevention or a related field in the financial services industry. • Strong understanding of KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in using ID&V technologies and systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with 3rd party providers. • Recommends areas for change and supports leadership in delivery of agreed change projects to achieve continuous improvement. • Manages self to ensure adherence to TSB risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks. • Demonstrates TSB behaviours whilst carrying out all aspects of role.
