Registered Manager - Children's Learning Disabilities Residential Home
Location: Near Nuneaton, West Midlands
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus performance bonuses up to £10,000 annually
Are you a skilled Registered Manager with a passion for residential children’s care? We’re looking for a leader to open and manage a new, specialised home near Nuneaton for children with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs. Registered Manager Role Overview:
Lead the setup of a new home, fostering a supportive, homely atmosphere.
Build a caring, inclusive space that encourages children’s growth and independence.
Manage daily operations, ensuring the home meets all regulatory and company standards.
Supervise and develop a committed team with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
Ensure robust safeguarding practices, prioritising the well-being of each child.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, plus relevant management certifications.
Experience: At least 2 years in management within children’s residential care, with at least 1 year in staff supervision.
Skills: Strong leadership, familiarity with Ofsted standards, and a commitment to a child-centered environment.
