4. To provide a mobile response service to older or vulnerable service users of Incommunities and partner agencies that upholds the aims and objectives of the Trustcare Service Statement of Purpose.

To provide a non injury falls response service.to respond to service user needs in a manner that respects their rights to dignity, privacy and choice.to deliver services within Telecare Services Association and Care Quality Commission standards and to strive for best practice in all aspects of service delivery.
6. This role does not carry any supervisory responsibilities, however it does involve working in teams of 2, therefore both employees are jointly responsible for the safe delivery of support to service user’s and the detailed & accurate completion of all records
7. Day to day workload and supervision is with the Team Leader, however overall management responsibility is with the Support Services Manager.

9. Responsible for the safe and appropriate use of fleet vehicles, ICT equipment, equipment provided to carry out falls response and personal care type tasks, Telecare equipment and security of confidential customer and organisational information.
10. Responsible for ensuring the health and safety of self, colleagues and service users when carrying out the role, ensuring that appropriate risk assessments are undertaken and followed.
