We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our client's team and play a key role in attracting and retaining top-tier talent across a range of functions. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring consistency and quality in attracting talent for both operational and support roles. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals. Manage and optimise job postings, ensuring vacancies are effectively promoted on job boards and platforms such as LinkedIn. Review CVs, screen applications, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Take the lead in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires. Oversee all elements of the vetting process, including background checks, right to work verifications, criminal record checks, and references. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, offering key insights to support strategic hiring decisions. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates at all levels. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to candidate sourcing, with a keen eye for identifying high-quality talent. Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Knowledge of HR systems and vetting procedures (background checks, reference checks, etc.) is advantageous
