Responsibilities include:
1. Day-to-day project management of contractors and support.
2. Management of design, construction, and coordination of technical queries.
3. Data collection, dashboards, provision of information, and updating cost, schedule, risk, performance, and other information.
4. Progress reporting and managing invoice & payments processes.
5. Support project meetings, assurance reviews, and technical reviews.
6. Support business cases and liaise with stakeholders.
7. Monitor, prepare, develop, and update records.
8. Support baseline maintenance and change control.
9. Provide support/training to DEO and PMO.
10. Other project management services as needed.

You’ll need to have:
1. Degree level qualification (HND/HNC).
2. Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., CIOB, APM, RICS).
3. Relevant experience within large public sector organisations; Defence and/or Security experience is highly desirable.
4. Construction experience through RIBA stages 1-2.
5. Experience in a technical role managing others.
6. Evidence of independent work towards project deliverables.
7. Ability to provide clerical and technical support.
8. Experience of managing junior team members.
9. Entrepreneurial mindset.
10. Ability to manage and monitor progress of plans.
You’ll also have:
1. A valid security clearance or no potential bars to gaining clearance.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Project application.
