The team is made up of 30 people with specialists focusing on the implementation of the solution across a variety of organisations across multiple industries.
Your new role
As a Microsoft D365 Projects Operations Lead (Manager) in the Emerging Technology team, you will play a key role in successfully supporting clients to transform the way they run and manage finance and operations and performance management. The Projects Ops Lead will use their expertise to build capability within the team and will provide the opportunity to support their global clients, address specific business challenges and define their MS D365 F&O needs, including the use of Projects solutions to shape the future finance function and performance management. You will provide a unique perspective combining industry insight, deep process domain expertise and knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and Finance Transformation. You will use your knowledge of Finance business processes, information model and D365 F&O to design solutions and future products and services, influencing critical finance business processes. You will use the experience gained throughout your career to support how we build and develop our internal capability, provide technical insight (on MS D365 F&O Finance and Projects), demonstrating how you engage and work with clients to solve their most complex problems.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience of implementing and delivering D365 Finance and Operations solutions.
* Strong client-facing skills or the ability to demonstrate this ability with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Strong experience of the full lifecycle of a project including workshops, requirements gathering, functional design, business process analysis, implementation, testing, go-live, training or equivalent.
* Experience of Project Management and Accounting model with some experience of leading a PMA-based Project in a Functional or Architect role.
* Good finance understanding, including the concepts of Revenue and Cost recognition.
* Working knowledge of Power Platform and/or Dataverse.
* Experience of leading a small team.
