MediCom Solutions, a growing medical and compliance consultancy in Watford, seeks a highly organised Admin/Operations Support operator to provide essential admin support while assisting with business operations and marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, adaptable, and proactive in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
Job Details
* Location: Based in the Watford Office. We may consider some remote working after 6 months.
* Flexible part-time hours (~15 hours per week). The role may develop into a full-time role as the company grows. Desirable hours of support between 11AM to 4PM. Mondays are not required as part of the usual office days. The office closes between Christmas and New Year.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited)
* Manage calendars, emails, and schedules.
* Organise filing systems (including SharePoint) and ensure easy document access.
* Support recruitment, handle contracts and onboarding, ensuring all documents are correctly prepared and filed.
* Identify ways to improve efficiency within the company.
* Support with basic invoicing, timesheets, payments, and finance-related admin.
* Provide light support with marketing admin tasks such as uploading LinkedIn posts, updating the website, or assisting with email campaigns using templates and content provided.
Essential skills/requirements
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, solution, self-motivated approach. Adaptable and can easily identify ways to operate more efficiently.
* Must have a valid UK driving licence and be able to travel via car to the office.
Beneficial but not essential
* Experience in marketing for small businesses (e.g. Canva, Brevo, or LinkedIn) is a bonus.
* Understands LinkedIn for a business and company website. Content support will be provided.
* Previous use of accountancy software.
