We are recruiting for an Alumni Events Officer to join our client’s well-respected Oxford college, located in central Oxford.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
* Plan and deliver a range of student events
* Prepare guest lists and issue invitations
* Be the first point of contact for alumni, directing them to the relevant individual
* Assist alumni with booking events and meetings
* Contribute to social media and e-newsletters to promote events
* Attend weekly operational meetings to discuss upcoming events and alumni meetings
We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills, experience working in a customer-facing environment, and ideally some events experience.
