About the Role:
We are working with a college in Guildford to recruit a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Lecturer. In this role, you will teach plumbing courses to enthusiastic students, helping them acquire the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry.
Full time 37 hours £34.50+ 12.07% holiday pay Till Christmas but could be extended till after
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive plumbing lectures. Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
Qualifications and Experience:
Level 3 qualified plumber. Minimum of 5 years of industry experience. Prior teaching experience or experience working with young adults in a training setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about education and mentoring the next generation of plumbers.
