About Our Client
Our client based in central Southampton has gone through a tremendous period of growth and is adding to their team. You will be required to go into the office for training and then will need to go to the office 1-2 times per month. The offices are located to close by public transport links.
Job Description
As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Inputting and processing financial information into the data base
* Completing some financial calculations
* Using Excel to generate reports
* Dealing with queries
* Managing the inbox
* Liaising closely with other departments to share financial information
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Finance Administrator role, you must:
* Have ideally worked in an admin role before
* Be mathematically minded
* Be able to start work at the end of Nov/start of Dec
* Be able to multi-task
* Be able to clearly communicate - written and verbal
* Have strong attention to detail
