* Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
In these roles, you will:
* Support Learning: Assist children with SEN to engage in educational activities and achieve progress.
* Manage Behaviour: Utilize de-escalation and other behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive environment.
* Provide Consistency: Build dependable, supportive relationships with pupils, ensuring their unique needs are met.
The schools cater to students aged 4–19, offering diverse opportunities to contribute meaningfully.
Ideal candidates are:
* Experienced or knowledgeable in behaviour management and SEN.
* Equipped with transferable skills from teaching assistance, care work, coaching, or support roles.
* Motivated to engage and inspire confidence in young learners.
* Eager to collaborate with teachers and build classroom engagement.
* Graduates or newcomers enthusiastic about developing their skills in education are also encouraged to apply.
