IT Service Desk Support Engineer – Job opportunity Location: North Wales/Cheshire – LL17Onsite roleSalary: £27k - £35k plus a wide range of benefitsOur client is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Support professional with solid 2nd line capability to join their team. The purpose of this role is to provide support for a variety of IT issues, support IT systems and equipment across multiple sites. The ideal person for this role will be customer focused, enjoy problem solving and have experience within IT service delivery. IT Support – skills & experience Proven experience as an IT Support / 2nd Line / IT service desk / IT Helpdesk professional.
