Working 37.5 hours a week, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and visiting Elysium’s Head Office in Borehamwood, therefore, you will need access to a car and a full and clean UK driving licence.
As a Junior Informational Analyst, you will oversee the accurate and timely production of all reporting and monitoring tools to help drive improved decision-making and deliver assurance, using T-SQL, SSRS, Excel and Power BI.
With experience and knowledge in IT applications and processes, you will use a range of tools such as Power BI, as you develop, and administrate the Analytic platform, which includes overseeing row level security, workspace access, scheduled refreshes, and data gateways.
You will facilitate communications between staff using the programme and the data integrity leads to ensure Elysium maintain a continuing improving cycle of increased availability of accurate information and compliance. You will engage with staff to provide them with guidance and the benefits of maintaining good data integrity and informatics.
As a member of the team, you will lead by example when it comes to the accuracy and validation of the work you produce, which will see you implement and lead ideas of improvement to continue to develop programmes and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 1-year experience with T-SQL & SSRS
* Minimum 1-year experience SSIS/SSAS & DAX is desirable
* An understanding and experience of modern BI tools e.g. Power BI, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Qlkview
* Advanced Excel knowledge is desirable
* Experience working within an NHS or healthcare data/analytical role is desirable
