4. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a role in a fast-paced environment with multiple employees.
2. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
3. People-oriented and results-driven.
4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
5 days a week in Hull.
