Sales Negotiator
Location: Stonehouse/Gloucester
Pay Range: £25,000 + commission OTE £35,000
Type: Permanent
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their friendly, independent agency. This role is predominantly based in the Gloucester office, but cover in the Stonehouse office will be required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out property valuations.
2. Liaise with purchasers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and all other parties involved in the house buying process.
3. Conduct daily/weekly sales progression with both buyers and vendors.
4. Manage front office operations, handling face-to-face, telephone, and email inquiries.
5. Ensure effective management of the diary system.
6. Manage the property board site, ensuring all boards are erected and collected.
7. Conduct sales and lettings viewings, including taking floor plans, pictures, and uploading to the in-house system.
8. Support lettings, property management, and sales with daily administration.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Previous experience is essential.
2. Proven track record.
3. Excellent negotiation skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Problem-solving skills.
