What you’ll do
* As part of our dynamic team, we are seeking a talented Analytics Manager responsible for partnering with business for all Data & Analytics (D&A) related data products & reporting services delivered within Vodafone UK.
* You will work closely with multiple business units such as Trading, Product, Base Marketing, Finance.
* Be the primary point of contact from collecting business requirements, defining the priorities and delivery roadmap.
* Leverage business expertise and technical knowhow to understand objectives and establish the vision and roadmap on how our D&A capabilities can help accelerate business objectives.
* You will be the product owner of your squad and it will be your responsibility to understand and align with business priorities and matching to D&A capacity.
* Own the team backlog and champion an agile mindset ensuring that your squads deliver in accordance to a regular sprint cadence.
* Pro-actively work with the wider D&A team to drive cohesive solutions across all areas.
* Build trusted collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders with clear communications with senior stakeholders across business and IT.
* Provide day to day direction to your squad. Manage the outcomes of activities across a cross-functional team consisting of both offshore and onshore SMEs.
Who you are
* Stakeholder relationship management of Data & Analytics customers across the specific business unit at all levels.
* Deliver data and insight providing a centralised suite of regular reports for use by wider teams.
* Building and prioritizing FY Roadmap in alignment with 9+15 process.
* Drive creative use of Vodafone data and information.
* Experienced in requirements analysis, data transformation and testing and validation of data quality of data & reporting requirements.
