We are looking for an outstanding Bank Housekeeper with a passion for making a difference to others.
You’ll be working flexible bank hours a week at Thistle House helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.
Situated in a residential area of Dundee, Thistle House is a specialist residential service supporting up to ten individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team of nurses and support workers also support those with behaviours that may challenge, as well as those who have associated mental health needs.
Thistle House is located in the city of Dundee, which has an extensive array of community amenities, including leisure centres, social clubs, shops, colleges, and work placement settings. Individuals can also enjoy walks and visits to the nearby botanical gardens and Discovery Quay.
Your day-to-day…
Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness
Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes
Maintain & replenish stock and ensure that equipment is clean & well maintained
Employ safe working practices & adhere to health & safety procedures
Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations
