About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of internal operations activity for projects, overseeing their journey from technical clearance to installation and invoicing. Working with your dedicated team, you will ensure the seamless coordination of design, material procurement, and project scheduling to meet client deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, taking responsibility for multiple projects of varying value up to £75,000 from design through to completion.
* Being responsible for ensuring projects are delivered both on time and on budget.
* Collaborating with the design team to push projects forward effectively.
* Monitoring project milestones and KPIs, identifying areas for process improvement.
* Managing and motivating a small internal team.
* Liaising with external surveyors and regional operations managers to ensure projects run smoothly.
* Working closely with the Operations Director on forecasting and project performance analysis.
