You will be working as part of a team, managing a portfolio of properties and tenancies across a designated area, providing an intensive Housing Management Service to a core group of people which includes directly supporting tenants to manage their tenancies, assisting with benefit claims, and providing information on relevant support services near them.
Responsibilities

1. Conducting initial and regular assessments of the potential or actual service user, including any risks, needs, and requirements related to the service, to determine eligibility and ensure necessary actions are taken.
2. Collaborating closely with the Asset Management team to maintain property standards, report repairs promptly, and ensure properties are suitable and safe for occupation.
You will be expected to maintain high professional standards and service levels, treating everyone with dignity and respect, and working collaboratively with internal partners in Quality, Policy, HR, Finance, and IT to deliver the best possible service to our users.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role
* An enhanced DBS check dated within the last 12 months. If you are on the update service, you could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today.
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check if not currently held
* A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
