Personal Assistant/Legal Executive/Executive Assistant to General Counsel.
Based in Surrey 3 days a week.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced (8+ years experience) PA or EA to join a business operating worldwide and headquartered in the UK. This business has a goal in serving society and making a difference for people and the planet.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organised and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. The key components are to navigate shareholders, manage and organise the General Counsels diary and be the GC's representative. This is a critical role and there is vast progression available for the right person.
You will come with a positive and can do attitude, you will be resilient and a problem solver with high EQ. The ideal candidate will enjoy juggling multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced busy environment. Open to considering who is seeking a step up but has the drive to operate at C suite level.
Responsibilities
* Calendar management for executives
* Aid executive in preparing for meetings
* Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
* Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
* Attend board meetings
* Work with the team on events, conferences and all hands calls.
* Work closely with other PAs and EAs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* A legal background is desired but not essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Must come with experience of operating at C suite level
* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
