Antony Hodari Solicitors is a practice providing legal services from its office in Manchester and Liverpool City Centres. An exciting role has arisen to join the IT Department. You will be working in a team-based environment as a Case Management Developer working on new and existing developments using Access Proclaim, the main system that is critical to business operations. The key objectives of the role are :
• To design, develop and maintain Proclaim, creating new workflows and templates, including the maintenance of existing workflows.
• To work within schedules and deadlines to agreed business priorities.
• Work closely with the Users and Managers to recommend and agree requirements.
• Ensure that system changes are tested and released successfully.
• Provide go-live support where necessary.
• To provide application support to internal and external Users to ensure stable delivery of our services, including liaising with 3rd party suppliers.
• Assist the Service Desk and take ownership of such calls until resolution or escalation.
• Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the case management database to include regular upgrades and patching of Proclaim, as specified by the software vendor.
• Able to work on projects alone or as part of a team.
• Able to work out of hours as and when required for urgent development work/project implementation. Mandatory Skills The successful developer must have
• Proclaim development experience or transferable case
management development experience from similar system.
• Stakeholder Management Desirable Skills This experience is desirable but not essential.
• T-SQL
• Esigning technologies
• Webservices & API’s
• Previous legal experience, particularly Housing Conditions, Environmental Protection and litigation.
• Knowledge of Agile
• Support experience, eg Windows, Active Directory, M365, Amazon Workspaces
