Office Administrator (Part-Time, 2 Days Per Week) We are a well-established foot health business providing domiciliary services to individuals in their homes as well as to organisations. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team for two days per week. There is some flexibility in the choice of days. Role Overview The Office Administrator will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations, providing essential administrative support and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: General administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the business Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at our reception area Booking and managing appointments for our field staff Assisting with PA duties for the Managing Director Using booking systems, MS Word, and email platforms efficiently What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be: Proficient in computer systems, booking software, MS Word, and email communication Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills A confident and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing Capable of handling the varied challenges that come with office administration Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently when required If you are a proactive and efficient individual looking to be part of a friendly and dedicated team, we would love to hear from you.
