Carpet Roles UK are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our clients, a leading Commercial Flooring Contractor in their hunt for a Key Person to run Projects on their behalf in the North West. The Company: Our Clients are a significant player in the contract and commercial flooring sector in the South of England who deal with a wide portfolio of Bespoke flooring projects throughout London and the South East of England are seeking additional suitably skilled and experienced and accomplished Contract flooring Project Managers to help with their growth plans for the Midlands and North West Regions. Projects they work on are varied but in this instance we are recruiting for a variety of works throughout the North West Region (centred ideally on Liverpool), specifically on Fit Outs and Residential type jobs but our clients have multiple divisions dealing with most aspects of Commercial and Residential Flooring Projects. Duties : The Duties will be to deal with a variety of Projects at one time of varying value from the sign off of the estimate through the complete process of the Flooring works. This will involve procurement, Client Liaison, Management of contractors on site work, once work is complete assessing the Quality of the role and arranging for remedial work to be carried out if required and all preparation and signing off on the final account of the project. Requirements for Successful Candidate: Our clients are seeking an experienced Contract flooring Project Manager. You will be immediately capable of taking on workload up to and including the duties above with minimal supervision. This is not a role for an estimator seeking a step up, you must be capable of all aspects of the role from the off. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Industry specific Quantification Software is desirable. A Solid and accomplished track record in Contract Flooring is required. The location of the majority of the role is in and around the North West Region area though at times working further afield and at times in the offices in London area will be required, our clients would ideally like the candidate to come from within Liverpool area. A Valid Current CSCS (Supervisory or Management ideally) Card is Required.
