About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Team Leader to lead a team of Junior Business Development Executives in our Newbury Office. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key relationships, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives.

What will you be doing?
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Junior Business Development Executives to meet and exceed targets.
2. Identify leads, complete initial qualification, and hand over qualified leads to Account Managers to progress through the sales cycle.
3. Manage your pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-up on leads and appointments, pursuing all sales opportunities.
4. Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies.
6. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align go-to-market efforts.
7. Monitor team performance, providing coaching, training, and feedback regularly.
8. Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
