We are pleased to be able to advertise this exciting opportunity to join our Outpatient Services Team as a Band 2 Receptionist/Administrator.
We have a permanent, part time position available at 22.5 hours per week, with a working pattern over weekdays to cover the service.
The post is based at the Outpatients Reception at the LNER Community Stadium and the successful applicant will join a small team providing administration and reception cover. The role will also involve providing general information and being the initial point of contact to patients and their families.
The role also involves dealing with routine enquiries, processing referrals, recording information on relevant systems and other administration tasks relating to the role. Due to the nature of the role, it involves dealing with personal and sensitive information, therefore the post holder must maintain confidentiality at all times.
We are looking for a self-disciplined and motivated individual who has good communication skills and someone who is willing to work hard alongside our existing team.
