Are you passionate about yoga and eager to inspire others? Oundle School Sports Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Yoga/Pilates Instructor to join our team!
The Role:
At our state-of-the-art Sports Centre, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse array of classes, premium fitness facilities, and a variety of activities designed to cater to all ages and interests. Our offerings include numerous specialised courses, exciting children’s holiday clubs, and well-organised parties, all provided on a commercial basis.
As a Yoga or Pilates Instructor at our Centre, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing every customer’s experience. Your enthusiasm and expertise will be key in helping our members achieve their wellness goals safely and effectively. You will have the opportunity to:
1. Lead engaging and dynamic yoga and pilates classes tailored to various skill levels.
2. Develop and deliver innovative programs that inspire and motivate our members.
3. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
4. Utilise your initiative and creativity to continuously improve our class offerings.
We are seeking individuals who are not only appropriately qualified to instruct yoga and pilates classes but also demonstrate a passion for wellness and fitness. Ideal candidates will possess relevant certifications and qualifications in yoga and/or pilates instruction, exhibit confidence, motivation, and excellent organisational skills, have outstanding communication abilities to effectively support and engage with all Centre users, and show a flair for developing unique and effective fitness programs.
Hours of Work: Variable depending on customer demand. Salary is competitive and based on the level of class you are qualified to deliver.
