Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
* Conducting all enrolments for learners in aeronautical engineering.
* Looking after apprentices studying Engineering (aeronautical) providing apprenticeship programme inductions, progress review assurances, training delivery and support services.
* Assessing and conducting progress reviews with Royal Navy trainees including going onboard Royal Navy vessels.
* Remote assessing of apprentices.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external organisations to facilitate the timely delivery of any qualifications where mandated within the apprenticeship programme.
* Ensure all progress reviews, observations, communications, and other information regarding the apprentices are uploaded onto the Management Information System.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualification and/or background in Engineering is essential.
* Have worked in a role that involves assessing within adult learning/education (desirable).
* Any knowledge of aeronautical/aviation engineering background would be beneficial.
* Experience of working with apprentices would be advantageous.
* Military experience highly desirable.
* Experience of the use of technology to support learning delivery (MS Office).
* Ability to attain UK SC clearance.
