We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Phoenix Futures team as a Part Time Administrator at our Specialist Sheffield Family Residential Service.
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and organised individual with highly developed communication and customer service skills to work as part of our administrative team, within our Specialist Sheffield Family Residential Service. You will be offering support to the wider team and service as a whole through various administrative tasks including maintaining office systems, data inputting and analysis and ensuring information is communicated with relevant parties in a timely manner.
As an Administrator you will support our service by processing financial transactions, managing data and dealing with our Service Users’ benefit claims; experience in these areas is desirable, together with the ability to liaise with and work with other agencies. Attention to detail, good numeracy and customer skills are crucial, and you should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). It is desirable that you will have a minimum of two years’ administrative experience and be comfortable working on your own initiative and managing your own workload.
You will be offering support to the wider team and service as a whole through various administrative tasks including maintaining office systems, data inputting and analysis and ensuring information is communicated with relevant parties in a timely manner.
The service is based close to Eccelsall Road/Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus area of Sheffield, it is easily accessible. Situated in a large Victorian Building, fully refurbished in 2022, there is free on-site parking as well and is also easily access by multiple bus routes.

To join us at the Specialist Sheffield Family Residential Service as an Administrator you will need:
Previous experience of office administration
Ideally some experience of being able to analyse data for monitoring and evaluation purposes
Experience of working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues
Experience of working with people who use drugs and/or alcohol or another comparable field is desirable although not essential
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word and familiar with relevant database management systems
Experience of being an excellent communicator and able to support growth of professional relationships
