Deputy Accommodation Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Accommodation Manager to join our Accommodation Management team based in London. Your role as a Deputy Accommodation Manager will include managing the maintenance and caretaking team. You will be site based and may need to occasionally cover other sites as required. This role will include some lone working.
The role of Deputy Accommodation Manager will include:

General admin including answering emails, logging parcels and answering phone calls

Conduct viewings of vacant accommodation

Assist with the management of and support staff and customers in resolving difficult problems, anti:social behaviour and complaints, ensuring customers are kept informed

Manage the recruitment, performance and development of staff to ensure the required skills are available to fulfil contract and service specifications in line with customer expectations and business and company policies and procedures
Skills and experiences:

Previous experience in a similar role
:
Some experience of working in in the student accommodation, hotel, hospitality or property sector
:
Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
:
Some experience of staff management within a customer facing environment
:
Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
