Family Lawyer
Location: Preston (Office-based, Preston PR1 3JJ)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time,9 AM 5 PM (Flexible working hours)

Youll be handling a varied caseload covering divorce, child arrangements and financial settlements together with a partial caseload of Wills and Probate. As your Family caseload grows, your wills and probate caseload will correspondingly reduce and cease.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic disputes.
* Assisting with regards to wills and probate whilst your family caseload grows
* Advising and supporting clients through complex legal and emotional challenges.
* Representing clients in court, advocating for their best interests.
* Staying up to date with developments in family law to provide the highest level of service.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years experience in family law.
* A strong understanding of divorce, financial remedy and disputes relating to children.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
* Experience in court representation.
* A compassionate, client-focused approach to legal practice.
