RECfinancial are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for this fabulous Loughborough Leicestershire based organisation to complement their current Accounts team.
This Accounts Administrator role has come about due to a long-serving member of the team retiring. Our client has very little staff turnover which they pride themselves on.
The role reports into a passionate and caring Financial Controller that we have had the pleasure of working with previously.
Situated within the Accounts team, your role of Accounts Administrator will involve the following:
* Sales ledger
* Producing statement of accounts
* Maintaining clients accounts
* Account reconciliation
* Client liaison for queries
* Relationship building
* Perform debt / credit control
* Prepare reports for outstanding debt
* Accounts payable to help with cover
* Matching, batching and coding
* Help with month end tasks
* Ad hoc duties
