• Supervise, organize, and instruct kitchen staff, ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Manage the entire kitchen or specific areas of the kitchen as needed.
• Ensure all hygiene and health and safety standards are strictly adhered to within the kitchen. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by planning and coordinating kitchen tasks such as fetching, clearing, and cleaning equipment and utensils.
• Plan and coordinate kitchen work to ensure timely and efficient service. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control, ensuring optimal use of resources.
