The company:
* We provide marketing and business development support for intelligence-led clients, including global leaders in law, accountancy and consulting. Our three core offerings involve being the marketing team for clients, interim management and training.
* Our main base is in central Bristol where we have a sustainable, modern, and wheelchair accessible office.
* Youll have a lot of freedom to choose where you work from. We find that 3 days per week in the office will give you the most from the role, but we are big fans of hybrid working.
* You will also be expected to travel for the day to our clients offices across the UK (all travel expenses will be paid) when needed this will vary but tends to be a couple of times a month.
The culture:
Youll have a chance to make a big impact both in our company and within clients organisations.
We encourage people to be themselves at work; we have an informal and open environment where people are welcome to share their views right from the start on everything from how the company is run, to what pictures we have on the walls.
We are a small team, with a lot of external resources. That means we all chip in to get things done and consequently, we all get a say and ideas are heard.
We try to maintain a pretty flat structure by supporting each other and recognising one anothers strengths.
