Flexible working - We operate in a hybrid working environment where we come into a client site or office at least two days per week. You’ll be based out of our new Belfast offices, with some travel expected (our clients are primarily in Belfast and Dublin).

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the potential to become future change leaders, with skills and experience in one or more of the following areas attained within industry or a consulting role:
* Managing and delivering change programmes as part of a transformation in a waterfall or agile environment.
* Creating innovative engagement plans and supporting stakeholders at all levels to understand and embrace change.
* Working across all levels of an organisation to embrace new technology and adapt ways of working to achieve organisational benefits.
* Assessing the impact of large scale transformations and preparing behavioural interventions that embed new ways of working.
* Leveraging data to measure change readiness, effectiveness and enable informed decision making.
* Experience driving enablement and/or adoption strategies for integrated technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Public Service clients, and be from a consulting background, or heavily involved in change management design and delivery within the public sector. You will have 5+ years of experience, and be ambitious to both drive local growth and your own career progression.

* High levels of emotional intelligence and experience working with a range of stakeholders.
* A collaborative and enthusiastic approach to your work, with flexibility to work on diverse challenges in small or large teams.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to deliver practical results.

* The ability to build excellent relationships quickly with clients and the wider business.
* A forward-thinking thought leader in future of work, Human Resources, Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning, and predictive people analytics.
