Description
We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join a reputable, family-run SME based in Chesterfield on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join as they embark on their exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a high volume of invoices while collaborating effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Handle purchasing activities related to fleet management, including vendor coordination.
3. Provide account support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Collaborate with the team to enhance fleet management processes.
5. Utilise QuickBooks and Tecman for financial and fleet management tasks.
6. Work closely with the accounts managers to ensure seamless operations within the team.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to fleet activities.
8. Contribute to team meetings and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications:
1. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
2. Experience in accounts administration, customer invoicing, and purchasing.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
