We currently have an exciting new opportunity for you to join our Trust as our Executive Support and Administration Manager. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional professional who has experience in providing Executive Support and/or leadership of an administration team.
As a Trust, we are halfway through our five-year strategy timeline, and with excellent progress being made, our objective to deliver outstanding service from our central teams is our focus. For us to be able to achieve our ambitions, it is crucial that the support required by our education and student support teams, as well as our senior leadership team, from excellent administration and personal assistance is the best it can be. We have set an ambitious plan and are seeking a high-energy and motivational individual to lead the central administration team for the Trust at both Richard Taunton Sixth Form College in Southampton and St Vincent Form College in Gosport, and coordinate the executive support required by our senior team.
A critical part of this new role is the communication link between our Governance Clerk, Trustees, Local Governors, and our senior leadership team. As a Trust and education provider, our integrity and commitment to exceptional governance is paramount. We need an individual who will understand the challenges of supporting volunteers, the need for regular and informative communication, as well as timely circulation of papers.
This role will need someone with a positive and forward-looking ethos, who understands the importance of a growth culture and professional standards, and is able to always promote the Trust values.
This is a varied and rewarding role, where no two days are the same. You will have effective communication skills, the ability to plan and organise time and priorities, and show resilience under pressure.
