The Manager will be responsible for defining, creating, and delivering exceptional data-driven, customer-centric solutions that drive competitive commercial advantage for our hotels and ownership groups within a specific region.
Crucial to this role is executing the Destination Marketing and eCommerce strategy in support of the defined region. Responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering the strategy and approach for defined destination(s), customer segments and origins.
2. Driving Marketing and eCommerce activity to meet revenue and share targets.
3. Supporting in-market relationships with partners and DMOs to improve effectiveness of Marketing activities.
4. Taking ownership of measuring and reporting on regional performance. Communicating findings from data analysis within the UKI team and with hotel-level and above property contacts.
5. Effective collaboration and partnership with hotel-level destination contacts as well as central teams.
6. Responsible for maintaining and optimising presence and performance of hotel-level digital efforts.
What will I be doing?
1. Support the delivery of the annual country plan and strategy, including offline and digital destination-specific campaigns throughout the year, leveraging Brand, Enterprise or Partnership campaigns wherever possible and adapting to business needs as they arise.
2. Plan and execute cross-departmental campaigns.
3. Support development of Marketing Plans as initiated by Director/Senior Manager Destination Marketing.
4. Manage resources and budget for the region.
5. Liaise with the relevant teams for campaign execution.
6. Develop positive local partner, agency and hotel relationships.
7. Act as a liaison with Hotel Marketing & Regional Marketing & eCommerce Services.
8. Deliver reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis across the business.
9. Create and deliver presentations and destination performance reports as required (ensuring efficiency with PowerPoint and Teams / general presentation skills).
10. Engage and support an entrepreneurial and agile team culture.
What are we looking for?
1. BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or experience in lieu of.
2. Hospitality experience.
