Encompass the responsibility for the efficient and safe operation of production activities, quality of product, and engaging people. You will play an essential part in improvement initiatives through team motivation and leading by example. Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to: Deploying and coordinating a Warehouse and preproduction team to achieves set targets and goals Responsible for and overseeing of all Warehouse and preproduction tasks ensuring material is prepared and ready for production on time Ensuring quality of work is to a high standard and work instructions and SSOW are complied and adhered to Experience in operating and overseeing of WMS systems (SAP preferable) ensuring all relevant tasks are completed daily Managing and overseeing absence, attendance, and performance Ensuring teams are set to work safely with the correct training and PPE Focus on quality and demonstrating examples by showing the required leadership qualities to succeed Practicing excellent communication skills to the team and relevant stake holders Liaising and supporting with sub departmental colleagues as part of the supply chain logistics team Ensuring all customer requirements are met on time, delivering a results-based culture What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
