Base pay range
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days in office p/w)

The role
We are looking for a commercially astute and driven National Account Manager to take the reins of major grocery and discounter accounts. This is all about building powerful partnerships, uncovering opportunities, and turning plans into real, measurable results. Responsibilities
* Forge and nurture impactful relationships with key grocery and wholesale partners to drive revenue and expand brand reach.
* Develop smart, tailored account strategies that align with customer goals and deliver outstanding commercial performance.
* Own promotional planning and category initiatives to boost visibility, sales, and brand positioning.
* Dive into market trends, sales data, and shopper insights to unlock new growth opportunities.
* Lead forecasting and stock management to keep supply seamless and customers satisfied.
* Partner with NPD, marketing, and operations teams to launch exciting new products that make a difference.
Requirements
* At least 3 years’ experience managing UK grocery accounts with proven success in driving revenue growth.
* Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, pricing, and category management.
* First-rate communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proactive mindset with a natural drive to spot and seize opportunities.
