Primarily supporting the Property Managers with their daily workload, this role would be suited to someone who has fantastic organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and a real passion for delivering first class client service.
Duties will include general office duties, answering calls, greeting clients, booking appointments, liaising with contractors, logging supplier invoices, operating the out of hours emergency line on a shift basis and supporting the team with their property portfolios.
This role requires a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel Outlook, a confident approach to tasks and the ability to work closely with team members.
